- Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration /Hotel Management or equivalent Degree from any institutions or organizations under National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT)
- Diploma from any Statutory Educational Institutions affiliated with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)/Sector Skill Council (SSC) or recognised under National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) or from any other same category statutory institutions / organisations should have compulsorily a legal entity registered as per regulations of the Govt. of India.
- Diploma / Certificates from institutions/ organizations under Directorate of Capacity Building, State Institute of Capacity Building (Livelihood Schools) followed skill training courses as per Modular Employable Skill (MES)/National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) guidelines.
- Degree/Diploma/Certificates in Cruise Ship Hospitality Management, Aviation or Airport Management, Travel / Tourism Management from any registered Company/Firm/Organisation/Non-Government Organisation (NGO) /Trust/Society/Industry affiliated organizations with an elementary qualification of min. 10+2 Passed with English as a compulsory Language.
Candidates belonging to any of the aforesaid areas concern will be eligible for jobs directly (subject to submission of Industrial Training Certificate) either we have also a Training facility for the fresher to undergo Special Training at ACLD- “Alova Centre for Learning & Development” to build/ prepare to fit for the Job within min. One Month to Max. 6 months direct Practical & Theoretical training where candidates will be confident enough for the Jobs.
For Spa/ Wellness any Diploma or Certificate in Beautician Course with Min. 02 Years Experience from any authorized/licensed Spa in India or from aboard
Language Proficiency: Elementary English
Age limit min. 18 years to max. 35 years (Upto Supervisor, Executive & Asst. Managerial Level)
N.B: At the moment Alova Hospitality is signing up statutory agreements with the Hospitality Partners in Kerala to identify the actual demand of Manpower and after collecting the Official Demand Letters from all the Stakeholders/Employers/Owners, Alova Hospitality will match the requirements by creating the proportionate Employment Opportunity. It is a part of the mutual agreement that under any circumstances neither the Stakeholders/Employers/Owners nor any of their concerned Management Body or related Hospitality Partners will not pursue any kind of approach in future for Staff Recruitments and Selection Process for any candidates belongs to the aforesaid Countries /regions/states . Candidates belongs to the said regions will be eligible for Jobs in all our signed up Properties - Hotels & Spa as part of the agreement /Project (Whether completed or ongoing) with Alova Hospitality or it’s Hospitality Partner cum Local Logistic for Kerala, once Alova Hospitality gives a final NOC for the entire Interview Process starting Selection, Recruitment, with submission of Consent Letter from the employees (Time of receiving Offer Letter Via Alova Hospitality ) placement process will be fulfilled . No arbitration on this process will be accepted under any circumstances. That’s all about the nota bene of the agreement. Failing to achieve the aforesaid criteria , validity of the qualifications can be eliminated.
